Culinary Arts and Gastronomy

Dusit Hospitality Management College presents opportunities for skills enhancement and professional advancement through its Culinary Arts and Gastronomy program.

Featuring different modules from basic to advanced, participants will gain knowledge on techniques, preparation for various cuisine and development of essentials skills distinguishing the approach to classic cuisine and contemporary recipes. The basics of catering and banquet food production are also featured in the module.
