Training and Certification

Learn about foodborne illness, how to prevent it and how to train employees in food sanitation. Earn nationally accredited food safety certification from the National Restaurant Association. The ServSafe® program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of food service industry experts who face the same risks you do every day. The course is based on the latest edition of the US FDA Food Code (2017).

Rachelle Anne Dizon-Gutierrez has been a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Certified Instructor and Registered Proctor since 2011, ServSafe Allergens (Certificate no. 1228522) and ServSafe Alcohol (completion: 28 Nov 2013). She is currently the Food Safety and Sustainability Manager of Dusit Hospitality Management College Manila and DusitD2 The Fort Manila.
